EDUN Spring/Summer 2013 Runway Show
ShareEDUN presented the Spring/Summer 2013 women’s collection on a sky-lit runway at Moynihan Station, part of the recently closed James Farley Post Office on 33rd Street, last Saturday during New York Fashion Week. In her fifth season as creative director of EDUN, Sharon Wauchob sent looks down the runway that explored the juxtapositions between the EDUN girl’s contrasting worlds: urban prints patch-worked with hand drawn, etched florals in a collection that married intimate and extroverted, utilitarian and outerworldly. Among the celebrity guests joining co-founder Ali Hewson in front row were Alicia Keys, Fabrizio Moretti and Albert Hammond Jr. of The Strokes, Gina Gershon, and REM’s Michael Stipe.
