US store information

If your shipping address is in Asia, Australasia, the Caribbean, Mexico, Canada or the US, you should switch to the US STORE before creating your account and/or making a purchase. You can easily tell which store you are in by the link in the bottom of the main menu bar or by whether the products in the shop are displayed in US dollars or Euros.

Delivery Info

The US store uses UPS. We'll ship your order within 48 hours using UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air. For specific delivery times, please visit the UPS Calculation Page; enter your address and our warehouse's (599 Gotham Parkway, Carlstadt, NJ 07072), and you'll be all set.

For orders shipping to Asia, Australasia, the Caribbean, Mexico and Canada US Postal Service will be used. We'll ship your order within 48 hours using USPS Priority Mail International.

The EU store ships from Ireland using AnPost. We'll ship your order within 48 hours from our facility in Ireland via RegisteredPost - delivery typically takes 3 to 4 days. If it takes any longer than that, we'll have the tracking information necessary to find the package.
